TROUBLESHOOTING
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PLANNER OR OTHER PURCHASES?
Customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. Documents will be PDF that hyperlink to a Google Drive file that you can download.
HOW DO I USE HYPERLINKS?
Please make sure you have Read Only mode turned on in GoodNotes 5 prior to tapping on hyperlinks. If your hyperlinks are not working, please kindly send a help request via the Contact Form on the website and I will be happy to assist you!
SOME OF MY HYPERLINKS AREN'T WORKING OR STOPPED WORKING.
This can happen due to momentary lag with your application and/or device, or a random glitch that occurred upon importing your file into your notetaking application.
This error can also happen as a result of linked pages being deleted from the planner and reinserted. Please do not delete any pages accidentally as this will cause hyperlinks to break and you will need to reload the entire planner.
* Please first re-download the file from the Digital Library PDF and reimport it into your app to see if the issue is still occurring.
